Zohar and Sefer Etz Chaim

Both texts engage with Netzach and Hod as spiritual channels or vessels. Text 2 (Zohar) presents Netzach and Hod as two springs (מבּוּעִין) where streams from above gather and converge, functioning as channels (אפיקי מיים) associated with the Tzaddik. The texts agree these are dual receptive principles but differ in emphasis: Etz Chaim stresses the protective filtration mechanism and gematric structure of divine flow, while Zohar emphasizes their role as convergence points and their association with the righteous. Neither directly contradicts the other; they reflect different frameworks for understanding the same conceptual role.
