Zohar and Kalach Pitchei Chokhmah

Both texts acknowledge netzach and hod as paired sefirot with roles in channeling divine influence. Text 1 (Kalach Pitchei Chokhmah) emphasizes the hierarchical descent through partzufim: netzach-hod of the upper partzuf become mohin (intellect) for the lower one, with focus on malkhuth governing below. Text 2 (Zohar) emphasizes netzach and hod as two mabuot (springs/sources) where netzach and hod receive and channel the river flowing from Eden, described as channels of water (afiki mayim). Text 1 stresses vertical hierarchical transmission and governance, while Text 2 stresses paired receptive-transmissive function and the metaphor of flowing waters. These represent different emphasis on mechanism (hierarchy vs. flowing channels) rather than direct contradiction.
