Stephanus of Alexandria

Stephanus of Alexandria (active early 7th century CE) was a Greek scholar and teacher associated with Alexandria and later with Constantinople, where he is reported to have lectured at the imperial court. He is linked with commentaries and teaching on philosophy, astronomy, mathematics, and medicine in the late Neoplatonic tradition, though the precise scope of works attributed to him is uncertain.
