Zohar and Kalach Pitchei Chokhmah

Both texts address yesod and its relationship to middat-hadin (judgment). Text 1 (Kalach Pitchei Chokhmah) emphasizes yesod as the point where hidden judgments become revealed and manifest (דין מגולה), describing a sequential process where judgment emerges from hiddenness into actuality through yesod. Text 2 (Zohar Achrei Mot) focuses on yesod as one of three sefirotic vessels (Netzach, Hod, Yesod) through which blessings flow to Malkhut, and associates the fourth month (when judgments awaken in the world due to human transgression) with the awakening of din through a different mechanism—human sin causing judgment to emerge. Text 1 emphasizes the ontological manifestation of din through yesod's structural position, while Text 2 emphasizes yesod's role as a conduit for blessing and its involvement in the emergence of judgment as a response to worldly corruption.
